Since graduating from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in 2007, I have refined my bodywork style into a deep, therapeutic blend of Eastern and Western techniques. Over the years, I have collaborated with acupuncturists, chiropractors, and physical therapists to ensure my clients receive comprehensive care.

My favorite tool for delivering bodywork? My feet! My continuing education journey began with Thai Massage, where I discovered the effectiveness of the feet as specialized tools. This passion led me to further explore barefoot massage modalities, including Deepfeet Ashiatsu and Sarga Bodywork.

Today, I’m proud to be an NCBTMB Approved Provider and Instructor for Sarga Bodywork, a barefoot myofascial massage method developed in Hawaii. I was the first instructor certified on the mainland USA, and now travel the country to teach Sarga Bodywork continuing education courses to fellow massage therapists.

You’ll notice my service rates are structured differently. I do not charge extra for specific massage modalities or add-ons, like cupping or gua sha, nor do I accept gratuities. This is because I believe in clear and straightforward pricing. My rates are set to reflect my experience, training, professionalism, and the value I provide to my clients. I believe massage therapy is an essential part of health care, and my goal is to help you elevate your body’s function, resilience, and overall well-being.

In addition to being a licensed massage therapist, I am also a certified yoga teacher, an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, and an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Outside of work, you can find me hiking with my dog Bruno, drinking too much coffee, or getting lost in a good book. Probably listening to heavy metal instead of going to yoga class— It’s all about balance! ;)
